Celebrate because God sent a Savior.

• What makes you the most joyful when you think of Jesus?
• What does Christmas mean to you?
• What's something fun you can do to celebrate because God sent a Savior?

Prayer

“Dear God, thank You for sending Jesus to be our Savior and bring us joy, peace, and hope. Help us to trust in You, to celebrate the gift of Jesus, and to have joy when unexpected things happen in our lives. Help us to remember that You are always with us. We love You, and we pray these things in Jesus’ name. Amen.”

ENGAGE IN EVERYDAY MOMENTS TOGETHER

Morning Time

As your kid starts their day, acknowledge an area where you’ve seen them working or trying to improve.
 

Drive Time

While on the go, ask your kid: “Tell me about a time you needed help with something you couldn’t do on your own.”

Meal Time

At a meal this week, have everyone at the table answer this question: “Have you ever done something bad? How did you feel?”
 

Bed Time

Pray for each other: “God, You not only sent Jesus to show us how to live and love, but to be our Savior. Thank You for providing Jesus for us to be saved from our sins.”
