The holiday season can sometimes make us feel small, forgotten, or insignificant. Depending on how your teen is experiencing Christmas this year, this feeling may be all too real. That’s why, in this series, we’ll remind them that Jesus came into the world as a Kid from the middle of nowhere, born and raised in a place with little significance. Still, His arrival changed everything for the world, and that can change everything for your kid, too!

ENGAGE IN EVERYDAY MOMENTS TOGETHER

Morning Time

As your teen starts their day, assure them that you love them no matter what. 
 

Meal Time

At a meal this week, have everyone answer this question: “How has knowing Jesus loves you changed the way you’ve dealt with a situation or challenge in your life?” 

Their Time

Ask for a chance to take your high schooler for coffee, ice cream, or a burger. No strings attached, no heavy or serious conversation, just fun!
 

Bed Time

Pray that you and your teen will see each challenge in your life through the lens of faith.
